Step 1: Open the Files app. The Files icon is a blue folder.
Step 2: Browse files and folders saved on your iPhone, iCloud Drive, Dropbox, and more.
Step 3: Tap a file to preview it. Tap Share to share files.
Step 4: To make a new folder, tap the + button and choose New Folder. Give it a name.
Step 5: You can drag and drop files in and out of folders to organize your files.
