Step 1: Open the App Store app. The App Store icon has a blue background with an A shape.
Step 2: Browse or search for the app you want to download.
Step 3: Tap the price button or Get button to download the app. Paid apps will show the price, free apps will show Get.
Step 4: If asked, enter your Apple ID password or use Touch ID or Face ID to confirm the download.
Step 5: Monitor the app’s download progress. A new app icon will appear on your homescreen once installed.
Step 6: To open the app, go to your homescreen and tap on the new app icon. Have fun using your new app!
