Step 1: Connect iPhone to computer and restore from a saved iTunes backup.
Step 2: Erase iPhone by tapping Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings.
Step 3: Set up the erased iPhone, choosing to restore from an iCloud backup.
Step 4: Sign in to iCloud and select the desired backup to restore from.
